Requests to replace ordered items are only accepted if a confirmed defect or an incorrect item was sent.
A product opening video is compulsory, and Defects/Damage must be visible only then we can accept replacement cases.
We will get back to you if the item is eligible for replacement.
The replacement request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Replacement is applicable only on damaged items.
Unpacking video is required for any damage claims.
We do not accept replacement unless it is a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for return, The item must be unused, unaltered, and unsoiled in the same condition as received in its original Packaging.
